$1.99 has Hell began to freeze?

I got a phone call today that gas is $1.99 at Brookshires. Is it true? I need a shower before I grace this town or anyone with my attempt of beauty.

Has Hell began to freeze? What is going on? This is GREAT! I travel more than well anyone I know. When I say travel, I mean drive lots of miles in a short time going long distances. My travel is only to school, family and friends, not to exciting places. Well not that my family and friends is not exciting.

My point is my gas bill is about to go DOWN and I could not be more excited!
