What am I doing?

I'm saving......CALORIES!

Last night I passed on sour cream.....saved calories

Last night I did not eat a donut when I was being tempted with them in front of and behind me.........saved calories

Last night I did not eat ICE CREAM.......saved calories

I'm eating.....VEGGIES!

Last night I only ate a few carrots and cucumbers......eating veggies

Tonight I bought.......veggies and cut them up for tomorrow

I'm hoping to lose some weight, and cut out the possibility of getting diabetes or having a heart attack before 30.
